Frequently asked questions
Here we would like to share some information about the covid-19 situation.
We are all facing massive restrictions around the world, but are very hopeful that starting from summer, we will be looking at a more relaxed situation. It's possible that we will still have to work with measures, but with the vaccination moving forward we hope it will be less strict. We are in constant contact with health specialists who are advising us when to take which measures.
We are excited about the opportunity to be in the studio together again, either with a small group of people or a bigger crowd. All the teachers have been instructed to follow measures, whatever they are and we ask the same from all participants.
For safety reasons, there are a couple of things you have to keep in mind:
Travelling and Quarantine:
When you travel, measures and rules implemented by governments, states, districts, travel companies, institutions, and NIPAI may change before and during the event, due to the pandemic. When you book your trip, please make sure to get travel insurance which allows you to rebook or cancel with a refund for your tickets. Please consider quarantine rules if necessary. We will work very hard to make the schedule happen the way we have it organized right now - that is in our interest. However, we cannot guarantee that the schedule will happen as planned, due to covid-19, nor compensate for any financial loss from travelling or quarantine or any resulting loss of funds.
Cancellation of the event:
We absolutely don't want to cancel our events and we will do everything possible to make the event happen. We put a lot of effort into it and are eager to be with all of you. Still, we are dependent on how the pandemic develops, so in the event, we would not be able to hold the event, we will re-schedule it to other dates, an alternative event or activity can be suggested, or alternative products to the same or higher value may be offered. Please note that we can't compensate for travel or lost funds for accommodation etc.
We ask that you stay at home and do not attend our workshops if you are feeling symptomatic or have been advised by your GP to self-isolate. If you are unable to attend the workshop you can reschedule your participation for other dates. Please email us as soon as you can before the course if you know that you will not be able to join the workshop.
We will endeavour to provide the most equitable and supportive solution for the Customer.
How to get information on the latest NIPAI news and measures:
If there is an update, we will inform all of you via the website and/or email about the latest developments, before and during the event.
Thank you for being with us and supporting us during this challenging time by understanding the measures we have to consider.
